Hello, my name is Peter A Brooks. Welcome to Aber Training.

I have worked in the post 16 education sectors, Colleges and Training providers, for several years now delivering Food Hygiene and Health & Safety programmes along with other various courses.

These have been distance learning accredited

by various awarding bodies and stand up delivery for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) qualifications.

In 2005, to maintain my teaching hours and Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills status (QTLS). I registered with the CIEH to deliver these programmes under my own name. I have my own centre number and all my own equipment.

I deliver these courses on your own premises at a time to suit your business needs including Saturdays. All the client needs to provide is a room, tables, chairs and space to set my equipment out along with nearby parking. I provide all the handouts and final assessment papers.

The Food Hygiene training is suitable for anyone employed handling food. Food also includes ice cubes from the bar that go into your drinks.

I have now delivered training for the Nottinghamshire County Teaching Primary Care Trust and the Community Voluntary Sector for a number of years. References can be provided.

There is a minimum of 10 candidates required for each course. This helps to keep prices as low as possible.
